01 — Orchestration & Handling
Every piece at IMANIEL NOIR VOGUE is prepared with meticulous attention. Orders are typically orchestrated within 3 to 5 business days. During collection launches, please allow additional time for our artisans to ensure your piece is perfect.
02 — Nationwide Logistics
We offer complimentary delivery within Nigeria for orders exceeding ₦250,000. For other orders, shipping fees are calculated based on your state of residence. We partner with premium couriers to ensure a secure journey from our house to yours.
03 — The Art of Returns
We believe in the enduring quality of our work. If a piece does not resonate, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn state, with all editorial tags and original packaging intact.
04 — International Concierge
Worldwide shipping is available via our international partners. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be orchestrated by the courier upon arrival in your territory.
05 — Bespoke & Pre-Order
Items identified as 'Pre-Order' or 'Custom' are commissioned specifically for you. These pieces follow a distinct timeline indicated on the product page and are final sale.
