01 — The Boutique Experience
By entering the digital boutique of IMANIEL NOIR VOGUE, you agree to respect the intellectual property, design ethos, and community standards of our house. Our pieces and content are protected by copyright and are intended for your personal exploration.
02 — Acquisitions & Payment
All product acquisitions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion. Payments are processed through secure gateways, and titles to goods pass to you only upon full receipt of payment.
03 — Shipping & Delivery
We orchestrate delivery across Nigeria and selected international territories. While we strive for absolute punctuality, delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
04 — Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, returns are accepted only in pristine condition within 7 days of delivery. Pre-order items and bespoke adjustments are final sale. Please consult our concierge for detailed guidance.
05 — Limitation of Liability
IMANIEL NOIR VOGUE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or the acquisition of our garments.
